Mainly focuses on competition law, commercial law, real estate law, data protection law, investment law and maritime law. He provides consultancy and litigation services in these fields to various local, multinational corporations and foreign Embassies and Commercial Consulates in Turkey.

Vahdet Talha has superior academic record and legal education. He joined the university enterence exam and gained 645’th position among 2 million students. Because of his success he is awarded as %50 scholarship at Bilkent University. He continued his education at Bilkent Law School and successfully graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2018 with high- level of practice in English. He continues his LLM program in the program of Corporate Law in Ankara Social Sciences University in the fields of corporate law, finance law, IP law and international trade law. He has entitled to be educated in UK universities in the PhD degree with government scholarship.
Vahdet Talha has ability to nurture strong working relationships with business colleagues and other members of the legal team. He is a self-starter who is resourceful and able to work effectively both independently as well as with a team. He has excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and decision making skills. During his education at Bilkent University, he was elected as the president of ELSA (European Law Students Association) which is largest and greatest student association in Europe. He conducted projects both international and national which are arouse interest among international community. He has conducted a project named “ELSA Summer Law School on Arbitration in Ankara” and successfully continued this project for 3 years. He has outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail and an understanding of a team and matrix environment.
