Everyone’s lives have changed this week as we face the coronavirus crisis. We would like to let you know that we will continue to advise and work with you to the very best of our ability. Almost everyone in our firm is now working remotely and we are all contactable and able to support you just as before. Our office remains open but we are keeping face-to-face business critical meetings to a minimum.
“Stay away from the office” strategy a business continuity
Like all of you, we are concerned by and closely monitoring the rapid spread of COVID-19 and considering its impacts to business continuity. We want to inform you what Bicak Law is doing to maintain our high level of service during this time.
Clients’ confidence is precious. Clients are at the heart of our priorities. This is why Bicak Law has been working for several weeks on a business continuity plan so that clients can contact us without interruption of service, and this with confidence.
Given the decisions or recommendations taken by our governments, Bıçak Law’s management has decided, as a precaution, to encourage teleworking for all its employees, starting March 9th. The health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our priority. We have taken the necessary measures to protect them.
As a law firm, we have all the necessary infrastructure to guarantee you a 100% level of service and quality support. All our employees are equipped to work remotely and continue to meet your needs.
Again, this is something that we have prepared for. You can expect the same level of service and quality from us, despite the situation. We will continue to monitor developments and will inform you of adjustments, should they be necessary. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
