For the purpose of preventing causalities in ponds and water courses, measures to be taken in water structures were discussed. A report crafted by the Bıçak Law Firm was evaluated by the Directorate General for State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) which consulted the said law firm for the matter.

During the meeting held in DSİ Namık Kiper Deliberation Room, recommendations have been put on table concerning the regulations to be adopted to prevent damage to individuals arising from DSİ water structures as well as adverse legal consequences.
