We work remotely with the majority of our clients, which provides both sides greater flexibility, and save time and cost of travel expenses. We establish a solid, trusting relationship with clients when we rarely see each other in person. We have several minutes phone call or video conference to check in and ensure we are both on the same page. Today, there are hundreds of online tools available to provide remote legal services easier.
Remote Services
We help our clients meet their aims. Everything we do, from the work we deliver, to the way we deliver it, adds value. Positive human connection is our most important asset and our most prized activity.
It is possible to access our services easily and quickly through our e-office / remote service system. Coming in to the office is time-consuming for some of our clients, and therefore we offer services such as information about their files, businesses or transactions online. Especially clients living abroad can benefit from this system, due to that there is communication necessities, being able to quickly access and obtain information through in our e-office system.
In cases we are working remotely, we unlikely will be meeting with clients in-person. However, there are still many ways we let them know that they are top of our mind. We do not cancel our meetings. Instead, we transit our conversations to phone or video. This allows us to maintain our relationships with our clients while minimizing disruption. We send our clients secure emails or text reminders about upcoming trial dates, mediation, or document signings. We are mentioning that although our firm is moving to remote service workforce, it is still business as usual. We don’t anticipate any other changes that will affect clients or their ongoing or future cases.
As we continue to fully serve clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have shifted operations to a remote working and remote service status ensuring business continuity. We have implemented a firmwide remote-work and remote-service policy, with the “overwhelming majority” of our people now working remotely. Our Office remains open with reduced (and sometimes rotatory) staffing to support office functions that cannot be performed remotely. Our Office is staffed with only those personnel needed to ensure the continuity of necessary and critical work functions.
